Project Overview
Eskolta partnered with the San Diego County Office of Education and the University of San Diego to secure and deliver the six‑year, $100 million California Community Engagement Initiative grant, serving 147 urban and rural school districts. My task: wrap the vision in clear, convincing visuals—fast.
My Role & Impact
Strategic leadership & fundraising — Co‑crafted the narrative and design for the CEI 2.0 grant pitch (6‑year, $100 M scope) alongside Eskolta’s CEO.
Rapid‑turn collateral — Delivered a complete slide deck, proposal templates and visual aids in 72 hours from brief to board presentation.
