🎯 Challenge
Eskolta needed a more intuitive Learning Center that aligned with how educators use the site to provide quick access to facilitation tools, session guides, and evidence-based resources. The original experience was scattered and outdated.🧠 Research Contributions
- Developed Google Analytics insights to uncover the most-used content and high-bounce areas
- Identified friction in the member sign-up process
- Outlined pain points and created a user journey/roadmap
- Drafted interview questions and guided the PM in conducting user interviews
